Goooooood morning and welcome to Friday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And as we are kicking off the end of this week we’ve got a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon. Where? it doesn’t say. But I need to know I’m going to the fair tonight and will be said if it rains on me. High today 86. And I have two ways to beat the heat today. First up, it’s National Swimming Pool Day. So jump on it. But also today, it’s 7-11 Day. Cause it’s, well, 7, 11. And because of that it’s also National Slurpee Day. So go get yours to cool off. As for this weekend. Well on Saturday, it’s National Eat Your Jell-O Day. Which, it’s been a while since I’ve had jello, I kinda want some now. And it’s easy to make. Then on Sunday is National Pet Rock Day. And in case any of you were concerned, Rocky is still doing well. Hasn’t ran off yet. Coming up, we’ve got a Jell-O salad you may want to try this weekend.
