I tried taking some high-res photos of local farmland but they all came out sort of grainy…
Goooooood morning and welcome to Monday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And as we are kicking things off today it’s gonna be a toasty one out there today. We’re already sitting at 70 and windy as we work our way up to 95. But some relief is in sight as we have some rain Wednesday Thursday and then a cool down of 50s this coming weekend. We shall see. But today, today is National Limerick Day. You know, like the one about the guy from Nantucket. Unfortunately FCC forbids me from taking any more about said man. So instead, we’ll talk about plant health. That’s right it’s International Day Of Plant Health. Everyone’s…everything’s? health is important. That’s why we raise awareness for plants to grow and be healthy. They provide us food from our back garden to miles away. And if you want to count those miles, it just happens to be National Odometer Day. But you don’t have to go miles, just keep it right here on your #1 station for something, KFUR.
