Goooooooood morning and welcome to Tuesday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And as we kick things off on this fine morning we got a bit of clouds going on. Though doesn’t look like they are going to amount to much. Just up there, being cloudy. But they’ll mostly stick around as we make our way to 40. But as we start our morning commute, let’s take a moment to celebrate Transit Workers Appreciation Day. Yep, be sure to thank that bus driver or train… driver? Conductor? who drives subway trains. Well, this is awkward, which is perfect for Awkward Moments Day. You know, like that awkward moment when you told a joke and no one laughed. Or don’t know how to spell awkward and spell check has to keep fixing it for you. But if you just need to get out, total is also National Ag Day. Yep, take a moment to appreciate all that farmers do to keep us well fed. Maybe take a train cross the great plains and see all the wheat.
