I lost my job as a stage designer and left without making a scene
Goooooood morning and welcome to Wednesday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And as we are kicking things off today it says sunny but the look out my window says otherwise. Not sure if clouds or haze way up there. But at least it’s bright out. High today, 84. But assuming those clouds don’t amount to much, it might be a great day for International Picnic Day. And I can’t recall the last time I truly had a picnic, but I still carry a blanket in my car. I use it more for other things now days like movies in park. Also today, National Fishing Day and International Sushi Day. Think someone was being smart and put them on the same day? Perhaps. Think someone wasn’t paying attention and just slapped a random day on the calendar? More likely. At least this time it’s seasonally appropriate unlike if fishing day was in February. But we we go fishing for more content, we’ll take a quick break and be back on your #1 station for something, KFUR.
