I’m always late coming to work, so I make up for it by leaving early
Gooooooood morning and welcome to Thursday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And as we are getting things started today not sure if smoke or clouds or both. The forecast says smoke now, clouds and rain later. So guess we’ll go with that. High today, 69. But that’s ok, we’ve got some delicious things to talk about today. First up, Peanut Butter Cookie Day, and and, National Jerky Day. Both are delicious. But that’s not all we got today, also today, National Rose Day. Yep, these pretty flowers with their tiny stabbies get their own day. I remember we had a rose bush in the backyard… till the rabbits ate it. And lastly, Superman Day. Is today is birthday or something? Also, does he age? Like I know he used to be a baby and now he’s an adult, but like does he get old? And will he still be just as strong when he’s a wrinkly old man? These are the important questions. So coming up, we’ll ponder more mundane superman stuff on your #1 station for something, KFUR.
