Gooooooood morning and welcome to Friday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And as we are kicking things off we’re getting reports of patchy fog. I’m not seeing it but then again, it’s patchy. The rest of the day, sunny and 75. A perfect day for… National Donut Day!? Well shoot I shoulda got some donuts. Well dang. Also today, if it stays nice out, is National Drive-in Movie Day, just good luck finding one any more. They may have made a brief comeback during COVID but didn’t stick around. As for this weekend? Well tomorrow is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day, which just sounds delicious, and with the weather being somewhere between no rain and all the rain, I think I can get me a cone. Then on Sunday is National Best Friends Day. So maybe take the day to hang with your best friend. Or if you are too busy hang on Saurday and get ice cream. Coming up, we’re going to continue daydreaming about donuts since I don’t have any. So stick around on your #1 station for something, KFUR.
