Goooooood morning and welcome to Friday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And congrats folks, the first full work week of 2025 done. You survived. And you shall be rewarded with a decent day. High mid teens and some sun. Not a lot, but some. Which for Houseplant Appreciation Day, might be ok. Now me, houseplants don’t live long, I’m not good with them. Probably because I’m not sure how much sun, and water, they need, that was gonna be what…anyway. Plants. Today is also Peculiar People Day. And that I most definitely am. Being normal is overrated, embrace weird.  As for this weekend, well Saturday brings us National Milk Day as well as Learn Your Name In Morse Code Day. Let’s see dashdashdash dotdash dashdotdash dotdashdotdot dot dashdotdashdash. Well that was fun. Then on Sunday is National Curried Chicken day!? Oh that sounds good. I know it’s morning on Friday but now I want that. But we’ll take a quick break and be back clearer than a morse code signal on your #1 station for something, KFUR.
