Gooooooood morning and welcome to Friday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And folks, we’ve made it, we’ve survived the week and hopefully you all survived Halloween. I mean, they say all the things you see last night are “costumes” but are they really? But we’re on to November and we’re starting it with some November weather. Starting the day at 27 and a chance of rain today. But we’ve got things to get to, weekends to get to, so let’s do it. First up, today is National Calzone Day and International Pet Groomer Appreciation Day. So whether it’s the guy that made your lunch or the person that trimmed your dog, take a moment to appreciate them. Tomorrow is Dia de los Meurtos as well as National Bison Day. Which that one is funny because it’ll be Bison Game Day for all those that follow them. Then set your clocks back as we head into Sunday as Daylight Saving ends. And just in time for National Sandwich Day. Which lets put that head to head with our calzones today see which is better. Hint, it’s the one that’s a pocket of deliciousness.
