Gooooood morning and welcome to Thursday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And as we get things rolling today it is going to be a terrific Thursday. Our forecast for the day is sunny and high of 80. Perfect start for the downtown street fair. Yep, that kicks off today with all the food and craft vendors ready for all y’all. We also will be hanging out this evening at Harold’s on Main so stop by and say hi, maybe have one. I’d give you swag, if I had any. But since I don’t, and it’s not that time yet, let’s first talk about Insurance Nerd Day. A day dedicated to those that get a special kind of joy working in the insurance industry. And ok, can we all just agree that people are the worst? Like people try scam insurance companies, so they get skeptical, so then we don’t as easily get the benefits so then we try “cheat the system” so they lock it down tighter. Can we all just agree, starting now, to be better more honest people? I thought not. Oh well, I tried. Anyway, coming up we got a message from our own insurance guy so stick around on your #1 station for something, KFUR.
