Gooooood morning and welcome to Friday you’re waking up with KFUR in your ears. And it’s a bit of a soggy start out there folks. and thought he rain may clear out the clouds are going to stick around for the rest of the day. Which is unfortunate because we’re kicking off the Red River Valley Fair this weekend. Which is perfect because today is National Food Truck Day. And, I do like me a good food truck. Like it isn’t always corn dogs and cheese curds. Sometimes it means street tacos. Today is also the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. Least we forget the fight for equal rights for all LGBTQ folks. Then onto the weekend, we got the fair obviously, but Saturday also brings National Waffle Iron Day. And of course we must honor this gift from the gods as waffles the superior breakfast bread thing. Then on Sunday is National Astroid Day, the big space rock not the game. So I guess keep you eye out for one of those. And we’re out.
